Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to follow your package.

Damages & Issues
By The Ray is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim.
